It is rumored that current members of the Board have sold their apartments. According to our By Laws – the last paragraph of Article II Section 5 – (on page 3) –
“Except for Holders of Unsold Shares, a director who ceases to be a shareholder or whose spouse ceases to be a shareholder, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have resigned as a director.”
Further, the By Laws Article II Section 1 were amended on February 29, 2000 by deleting
“at least one less than the majority of the Directors to be elected must be residents of the building owned by the corporation”
and was replaced with the following language
“all members of the Board of Directors must be both residents of the building and shareholders or the spouses of shareholders residing in the building. This provision shall not apply to holders of unsold shares or those individuals elected as the representative of the holders of unsold shares.”
If the rumors are true then the Board must notify shareholders as such with the effective dates of each director’s resignation.
The By Laws can be found in the DOCUMENTS tab of this website and can be read as a pdf file in your Downloads folder. The Certificate of Incorporation can also be accessed there and shareholders should be aware of the fact that the terms of the Certificate legally overrule the terms of the By Laws. That is important for shareholders to know when any Board attempts to modify the By Laws.
Talking to people in Estates the announcement of Igor Pinkhasov (our Vice President) and Jonathan Yusupov (our Manager’s son-in-law) running for their board has triggered a lot of concern there that is spilling over into this chat. Rightfully so.

Wow, just amazed on how many law suits David has caused for the complex due to this egoism reinforced by the manipulation of Zarina. Just imagine if Doris wins 3 million for the lawsuit she has now with David. Who shall pay for he winnings, the coop shareholders who would have never fired her? Or the roudy hag we have over there. What do we do? The cause of bankruptcy will be because of him.
New office manager say hes name is David Javidan. We cannot find hes name using google or no where in internet. He say he work for thousands of buildings in many parts of NY. Why google cannot find him? Some people say hes real name is Navid Ahadian and got a tracing report for that name. Report showing drug use – a lot of traffic violations – and some criminal misdemeanors all from 2013 to 2019 most in Maryland and connecticut. Why when we tell this to Akam they do not do full background check and tell us?
The relationship of a board member, Rose, being an business associate of a realtor, Zarina, who is doing business in this co-op; who is married to the property manager, David; and compounded by a new board member who is the realtor’s son, Jonathan, is factual nepotism and that nepotism should be brought to the attention of the NYS Attorney General, Leticia James at this address:

Include information about the board taking in an additional $1 million in year 2023 and $1 million again in 2024 as Capital A-sessments and showing the same photos of corroded water pipes for 3 consecutive years while spending the money on unneeded cameras and beautification projects and the number of lawsuits filed involving the co-op.
Rose is a nice lady and it’s not her fault, she has to listen to the one above her.
Zarina needs to get sued for all the over charging , raising the fees in the coop, getting a double mortgage and all the unnecessary projects. Guess what, how can she get sued if the own board is her puppets and who she handpicked. She needs to get out. It’s like the movie Snow White and the wicked witch came about ruling the entire land and the land became filled with darkness. That’s Z. Oh yes and David, he married her for money and that’s a fact.
This is a follow-up to the post claiming Zarina attends the board meetings. I would not be surprised. In my opinion, she was in the meeting in the park also, when Rose was putting together her plan to take over the Board. This was the meeting that the former board President attended. At one point he had a half dozen people scolding him, Zarina was less than three feet from his face, to his left side, the one with the biggest mouth yelling at him. (in my opinion). Any woman that would marry a guy that is closer in age to her son, than herself, has no morals, but a lot of ego. But then again, young girls have been marrying old men for their money for a long time. So it’s ok for a young guy to marry an old woman for her money. What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander. Go David! There are websites on the internet where you can buy and then download pictures of anything, including pictures of rusty pipes for as little as 50 cents. You can view them for free. Shutterstock, and Getty Images are only a couple. Hundreds of images, hundreds! Anyone with time on their hands and wants to browse, can do so. If you find one of the pictures they sent all of us on a website, we slam them for yet another example of fraud. Like the one R and Z put on at the park meeting. How was the performance Rose put on Zarina? Actually, you were BOTH pretty good.
Yeah it’s definitely rigged, the way David made his presidential office I don’t think he built that for another manager to take over. He obviously built it for himself knowing or believing he will be here for many years because of his Physcic predication. Z put her mark here like a mafia
