        ANOTHER AKAM SCAM

The are putting up scaffolding. Its winter! The scaffolding people charge a scaffolding  rental fee for every day its up.  When chandra was here he did the same thing and I think the fee was $300 a day in 2021 whether men were working on them or not. Just sitting out the winter for no reason and David probably gets a cut of their fee.

No building that pay such high maintenance should have problems with elevators. Any building that pays Maintence at such a high rate the elevogors get fixed within 2hours. In this case it’s like we are living in Nycha buildings taking trips with all are neighbors in the same elevator which the second elevator is nearly breaking! For all those who live in 9707 make sure to say “hi” to Esther while your on your elevator trip and to her Chinese boyfriend.

In building 9707 one elevator hasn’t been working for two months and you wanna charge a 2.5% increase in maintenance for what do you give us a reduction or a bonus or something with our maintenance for suffering like this including the people on the higher floors, the senior citizens emergencies moving what is wrong with you, David and your cheap companies that you’re hiring I don’t know anything that you’re making sign deals with what is wrong with you you don’t understand the pain you are causing for others in this building. You are a sick person

                About Esther:

Legally, all AKAM can provide is a person’s number of shares and the per/share amount that we all pay.  There are privacy laws that prevent any business  from giving confidential information about another person.

You can use NYC DoF ACRIS (which is public information) to enter her name and it will show information such as her number of shares/if there are any co-owners/sublet or sold it/when she purchased her shares and the amount she paid.

Her Election BIO says she has a fashion education background and worked in the garment industry for 40 years.  A simple $10k IRA averaged at 4% over 40 years could today be as much as $415k.  I’m not saying that is a fact, I’m just pointing out a possibility.

I would like to know one thing how can I get a copy of the rent rolls of all the buildings even if I’m not on the board am I able to see them and request it legally by a akam as a shareholder. Dummy accountant won’t provide, I want to see how Esther is paying for her parking and Maintence I know she has no money.

Frankly speaking the best way to go forward is to actively organize. Hiding in the shadows doesnt help. If anyone wants to meet and get started id be interested
