Use the internet and search for – seniors complaints about Spectrum
The bottom line advise is file complaint with FCC or BBB.
Checking this for my Mom and Spectrum is tacking charges on to normal charges. Adding and billing for services never requested. Initial sales pitch is a promo rate that includes premium channels and then bill you for each of the premium channels after a month or two. Their small print says prices may change at any time and you have to give 30 day notice of cancellation. CROOKS!
Enis is the worst super he don’t know how to fix anything he’s whack I love Fabio he’s the best and the only one that knows how to do anything here he needs to be lead super!! Enis and David have beef going on!! Scott is ratting on Enis all day!! Enis will sue and we got another lawsuit on our hands!!

People keep complaining about the board, but who’s responsible for electing them and keeping them in? Even if you think something happens in the election, there is a mechanism to remove the entire board. However, if no one wants to put in the work you can’t expect to avoid the consequences
