Did another Board member grow a conscience and resign? This bogus newsletter only list 7 members.
Guest
The 3 board members who resigned must be kicking themselves for missing out on the kick backs and looting that is about to happen with that 30 millions. Although not going to prison in a year or so will also be good.
Guest
The better question to ask is how much of the 30 million will be stolen? This literally happened before in our complex.

IS THIS TRUE?? $30 MILLION? SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY? AND HOW MUCH WILL THIS BE AFFECTING MY MAINTENANCE?
VOTE THESE CROOKS OUT!!!

According to NYC ACRIS – so far this year 14 apartments in our co-op have been sold. Six of them were sold to investors. Two were estate sales.
Here’s a list of the sold to prices:
1-L =275,000 1-M=280,000 2-F=250,000 two 3-L = 279,000 & 280,000 4-E= 530,000
4-F= 269,000 6-F=270,000 11-N= 173,000 14-A= 175,000 14-E= 504,000
14-H= 420,000 15-B= 310,000 15-J= 479,000

$30,000,000!!! The Board has saddled we shareholders with a loan for 3o million dollars. And of course, their chosen lawyer gets a nice commission for handling this loan.
Shame on anyone that votes for this board again and shame on those that never vote at all.

To the prior post, the board will not credit you anything, since it all comes out of shareholder pockets anyway, they are not your landlords. Although this demonstrates why it is important to have an actual property manager, not the board president’s bosses boyfriend.

Day 91 elevator issue. Board should give us credits to our Maintence bills for the nuisance and the annoyance? Where is the proposal to fix anything? How is just painting the hallways going to better park city?

There are little birdies who think all the money from the refi needs to be spent on “essential” projects before the lawsuits to force an election happen.

Does every building have one elevator out of service at the same time?

New AKAM policy on communication – DO IT YOURSELF!
They sent an EMAIL notification about the BuildingLink app. on June 8th. Did everyone get it — doubtful!
Now, instead of human contact they will assign you a USER NAME and PASSWORD – there goes your privacy…
and supposedly, on that link you can submit repair requests; read management notices; view building documents; and receive either email or text notification of your packages AND you can post your comments on your buildings “Building Bulletin Board”.
Yeah – if you think they suck – you have to use your login and password to tell them that.
It’s their way of defeating open posting to this Thoughts column. They want your name!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to provide you inside information on the boards plan to charge us all capital assessments and increase our maintenance bills through this tactic. Elevator not working for two months in 9707. They are making pretend they cannot fix it so they can find a contract deal with a new elevator company get a kick back from them and instead of fixing the elevator they are going to replace it. This is their tactic and motive. Meanwhile all of us are suffering to fill their pockets and the communist regime. I hope this news spreads to all of our coop shareholders.

There have been many negative comments about the present Board and Management here. If they’re not true, it would be easy enough for them to hold a regular meeting so that we could hear their side. Since we no longer get monthly newsletters and no annual meeting, it appears that they have no defense. The last newsletter that we received months ago said we would be told about new projects, but nothing was heard since. They promised to be more open and forthcoming when they ran for office, but have basically been invisible. It’s time for them to come out of their bunkers and face the shareholders of Park City.

Elevator not working for one month. What do we pay maintenance for? To be stuck in our houses? Senior citizens, people with disabilities are suffering due to this issue. Is there any action being taken to speed up the process. All I see is all our money going to rebuilding David’s new office and renovation process sure is going by Quickly, rather than fixing the elevator. What a shame!

Using all the issues with Chandra to justify the gang in charge now is no excuse. I’ve lived in several coops before and have never seen this level of underhanded behavior. Chandra was bad, but what we have now makes me worried about staying in my home.
