EXPLAIN that a board member has a lawsuit by Geico in FEDERAL COURT for RACKETEERING and CORRUPTION under the RICO act. He was our TREASURER now a DIRECTOR.
He “got us a deal” on the year’s worth of toilet paper in cahoots with David.
TELL YOUR NEIGHBORS THEY SPENT OVER $800,000 ON CAMERAS SO THEY COULD GET RID OF SECURITY. CAMERAS THAT ARE NOT MONITORED. CAMERAS THAT HAVE MICROPHONES AND IF THEY TURN THEM ON, THEY CAN HEAR EVERYTHING YOU SAY, EVERYWHERE IN THE BUILDING!!

Dear Shareholders,
Board members are your representative. They are elected to protect YOUR interests. There is no reason someone facing these accusations should remain in a VOLUNTARY position overseeing your financial decisions.
This is also not the first time concerns have been raised about this board member.
Do you really want to trust someone willing to do that with your finances?

Why don’t you ask david to “sign” when he is falsely accusing maintenance and setting them up for termination on false charges even when they have children and making them homeless showing he is not a “manager” but a power hungry tyrant …. not different then chandra ?

Why are we getting maintenance increases, garage rental increases and LESS in services?
As a comparison PC Estates has night time security, has not increases their garage rental cost, AND lower rate of maintenance increases compared to us
