To the person who wrote look what they found during inspections. They found washing machines. One of our neighbors has had one for over 10 years.
Did they make them remove it? No! So what is your point? Smoke detectors need batteries- we get it. What else was found and what actions were taken?

CO2 and Smoke Detectors were inspected during apartment inspections regularly by previous management, so that’s nothing new. But charging $50 for AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES! Are some people going to wait until morning when water is overflowing so that they’ll be charged $15 instead? Maybe, causing other apartments to be affected. Remember when this board originally ran saying that fines and other charges were illegal because they weren’t voted into our by-laws. Just don’t get stuck in the elevator because it might cost you between $15-$50 to get out.

Phoney newsletter came out, unethical decisions made by the board creating more charges unnecessary charges. Next years Maintence will be a ten percent increase based offf of all the hidden charges including paying for David Luxurious office and vacations every other way, the lawyers fake lawsuits apparently and the fake repairs being done. Also all the new maintence workers who are working under the books probably Zarina gets half of their paycheck as a deal for a job on the complex. Disgusting theifs running the board. IMO!

I “read below” and I see a guy called a “supervisor”, but don’t know why that’s in quotation marks. Who is he, when was he hired, what’s his qualifications? And when you put “supervisor” in quotes, that sounds like he is not acting as the supervisor. If you will READ BELOW, what we have hear is a failure to communicate (just call me Cool Hand Luke).

Would someone lease explain who this Mr. Iakany is. Since the present management and board don’t communicate with us (no meetings, no newsletters), I have no idea what’s going on and who holds what position. Supposedly the board members meet once a week. What do they talk about? we are facing a total news blackout.

Mr “Lakany” ….security “supervisor” and dark city 3+4 apts soon to get a visit from the labor department and other federal agency for ONLY hiring indian and bengladeshi for security positions. Brushing away qualified black and hispanic candidates. SHAME ON YOU ! Another way shareholders will pay for fines and violations thanks tondavis and his “management” team … a preferd community for living !
