Now that Scott, is in charge of the garage and the Board spent all the unnecessary money to make everyone get an electronic sticker. Why is the overhead door in Garage B open all day? During the week the excuse was so the maintenance guys can go in and out. Today was Sunday. Don’t you feel your car is safe? Don’t you feel they wasted even more money.
Why don’t we tell the whole world that we have no security guard at each desk overnight? Oh, sorry we already did. Nice going board and management. Just what we needed a sign at each desk.

It took less than a day to count much of the Nation’s vote, but it’s been 11 days without any results from 1100 apartments (at least those that actually voted). We use to get the results the next day. What gives?
Zarina needs to understand that if she steals from is shareholders her karma plays in. She currently has two renters with two apartments she owns and both renters are not paying rent to her at the same time. She has taken them to court. They both haven’t paid her. Isn’t that ironic. When will she get the point that GOD is speaking to her.

The biggest DOG in 97-07 is DAVID yet no one has tried to get rid of HIM ! Yet HE has caused harm to a lot of people. Just because these dogs are big doesn’t mean they are dangerous. Have they bitten anyone ? I would fear someone who can fabricate a case against a super with small children and get him evicted than ANY dog !
That big dogs are coming close to tenants and can bite them the building and tenant will be liable for this David please get rid of the dogs the big dogs with the big teeth. Chandra never allowed this stinky dogs in our buildings
