Repeating the below information as we are now THE DAY of our annual meeting and election for a new Board of Directors

THE PARK CITY ONE VOICE TENANTS ASSOCIATION HAS REVIEWED THE CANDIDATES LIST FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
One Voice members have taken into account the numerous comments posted on this site describing the failures of the current Board members and the qualifications of the additional candidates. ONE VOICE MEMBERSHIP WILL SUPPORT JUST FIVE (5) CANDIDATES. THEY ARE:
GREG ABRAMOV
BATIA BRANDEL
JOSEPH CHAU
LEONID ILYAYEV
BENJAMIN KASHVILI
ONE VOICE ASKS THAT YOU VOTE FOR JUST THESE FIVE CANDIDATES TO ENSURE A BOARD MAJORITY AND POSITIVE CHANGE IN THE AFFAIRS OF OUR CO-OP.
Unlike the first Board, where no one was familiar with a Boards responsibilities, One Voice Members voted to retain three knowledgeable members of prior Boards. In effect, in most cases, the co-op attorney will not be needed at most Board Meetings.
Further, with five controlling members, Rose Markov can be removed as President, putting an end to the many rumors of conflict of interest with her real estate associate.
TO ENSURE PROXIES ARE NOT TAMPERED WITH PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
1. Use a pen to XXXXX out the names of those you do not want to vote for and:
2. Sign your proxy but DO NOT put a date on it. Instead, write these words in the DATE space “Dated as of the start of the Annual Meeting”

Have you seen anyone going around collecting ballots or campaigning? Neither have I. That’s why opposition candidates never win here. You have to work at getting elected, not just sit back and expect shareholders to vote for you.
If I may add, Honest Ballot fan,
This platform was created for the benefit of RESIDENT SHAREHOLDERS, not for those shareholders that purchase additional units for the sole purpose of being a LANDLORD and RENTING them out eternally. And to reply to your concern many months ago, regarding the new construction across from our complex on 63rd Road and whether this will hurt the value of our (more importantly YOUR UNITS), a big fat YES. There is another huge building coming on Junction Boulevard, 2 brand new buildings almost complete on Queens Boulevard just a few blocks to the east, on 63rd Road buy the Keyfood store, another brand new building almost complete, and 3 blocks from that to the east are 2 more brand new buildings, side by side. They are almost all rentals. People will be ale to decide if they want to live in a brand new building, or a 65 year old building where the Roach Busters truck is parked and on duty 6 days a week. Your rental income is gonna take a hit sweetheart !!!

before you click on the very first response you will see – in business 11 years, business started 4/1/2013
Now click to open (note this is under the BBB) and be sure to read the reviews, and it states not accredited. Find these reviews in yelp also. This the office your ballots are going to!!! (Yeah, first started by Teddy Roosevelt in the early 1900’s big deal, so what.) This is not the branch he started !!!
So, on to your defense of this company, composition was nice, more important to you than actual substance, you wanted to showcase how smart you think you are. Hint: next time you post here and come across something upsetting, maybe instead of using “taken aback” you might want to use “aghast” instead and add a bit more melodrama to the conversation. You can go online and find individuals willing to bring emotional support puppies wherever needed. Just trying to be helpful !!!

You know sometimes people don’t understand that all this greed can lead to an end and this person who is stealing from park city will get their karma. When you get caught up in it you think in you can do it more more and your invincible because you haven’t gotten caught, plus you think you have the attorney protecting you. It’s gonna end soon my dears
I would like to address a matter of concern regarding the dissemination of misinformation on this platform, which is intended to serve the interests of shareholders and residents of Park City 3&4. It is disheartening to observe that misleading information can originate from individuals lacking a comprehensive understanding of the subject, or, in some cases, be broadcast intentionally.
I was particularly taken aback by a recent comment regarding Honest Ballot, as I have previous experience with their services during my time in Brooklyn prior to relocating to Queens . See link below to learn more about Honest Ballot and how long they have been in business!!

To below comment – that is why you must show up at the annual meeting.
You show up and Honest Ballot will say they already have your ballot so you take a picture of the forged ballot and get together with other shareholders and report Honest Ballot to the District Attorneys office. Forgery is a criminal offense!

Imagine Zarina hiring a company called H-o-nest Ballot, is that gain our confidence us? She has no idea what the work h-o-nest means.
They are in business only 11 years at that Grand Central Parkway address, are not BBB accredited, and the only 2 reviews I could find are both very negative and lean more toward Dis-Honest Ballot!
REMEMBER – REMEMBER – REMEMBER
A vote for Rose Markov and the current board, is a vote for Zarina (the actual board President dictating to Rose how to spend our money), David Javidan with his vast experience (managing th-o-usands of buildings, yes buildings), and Big Mouth Emma (lawyer, aka liar for hire).
We must give Rose Markov the Bronx cheer when she speaks. That’s the way we handled it when political liars held gatherings to collect votes.
