People forget what happened here with the prior board, people got actual prison sentences.

Yes you are correct the bylaws state 9 board members and elections to be held every May. So now what? They are laughing all the way to the bank as we foot the bill.

Three members of the Board had already resigned. Now Renee Legget appears to have left. Does anyone know what happened with her? If she left, she probably has stories to tell about what is going on just like Arthur who left did since the Board is not sharing any information or holding meetings. Although I would’t be surprised if Rene is threatened with legal action by their lawyer if she talks.

Also, where is the proof regarding Chandra stealing and all those allegations they put against him, like the attorney mentioned in her very first meeting? We cannot let “NoBodys” run park city.
