      Mohammed, do you want to give us answers on this chat or you want to talk to people secretly. Do understand that shareholders don’t like board choice of GM who couldn’t even introduce himself.  People don’t like that manager , whatever his name is, who started with lie about his name and didn’t give us any information about himself.  Maybe you want to explain people and give us his real name, the name on the passport if he has one or any other legal documents, places he worked before with his title and years of working, who referred him here and why most of the people on the board gave him preference instead of the other guy who has 30 years of experience.  Here is the answer to your questions.  People don’t like the board because they couldn’t even do simple thing.  Get a good manager for the coop. That shows their incompetence or how they don’t care about the coop.

        Mohammed you are the last person to be trusted by park city shareholders, you have many investments in park city and was thrown out by Chandra for illegal doings. No one needs your two senses here. Thank you. Keep your interests to yourself. All of a sudden this board is filled with the interest of real estate agents and  investors looking to make a dollar off off park city. SMH!!!

          I will not get surprised if the current board will announce bankruptcy of the coop and put everything on Chandra. Watch.  We should get together and change the board before they do enough damage.  Does anyone know that the garage door is still not working in 9805?  It’s been more then 2 weeks now. It was never fixed.  How long will it take for them to fix it? Elevators are shaking and People are getting stuck in there.  Workers are upset.  Shareholders are upset.   But not the board or AKAM  done nothing about it. They got what they wanted.  Now they don’t really care. I think we should start calling to 311 and department of buildings with complaints. We should finally get people on the board who really care about our coop.

            New office manager say hes name is David Javidan. We cannot find hes name using google or no where in internet. He say he work for thousands of buildings in many parts of NY. Why google cannot find him?  Some people say hes real name is Navid Ahadian and got a tracing report for that name. Report showing drug use – a lot of traffic violations – and some criminal misdemeanors all from 2013 to 2019 most in Maryland and connecticut. Why when we tell this to Akam they do not do full background check and tell us?

              You think Chandra was bad😩🤔 just give it some time before these new Board member and the Mafia leaders behind them take over.🤮🤮 Shareholders have a right to request and know the back ground history of this new GM.🤔 nothing to hide 🤭🤥 then show us his qualifications and where he worked before.?? Why did the attorney ran and grabbed the mike the night of the meeting when the audience asked the qualifications of the new GM.??🤔 sounds kinda fishy. Why couldn’t new GM speak for himself.  Is he shy. 😂😂😂 Really think you all need to wake up and make that a priority. Where did Navid worked before Park City 3&4 Apts.

                  I feel bad for Chandra. All the Maintence workers and security guards  seem to adore the New management and two faced him. It won’t be long till they fire all of the Spanish ones and and put the Russian mafia here. Happy new year to all! Looking forward to new beginnings. Cheers!!

                      The above message to Park City tenants about co-op promises is mostly about what WE SHOULD SEE THE BOARD DO – who knows how many days from now. The board has not issued one intelligent newsletter about what they are actually doing to improve the elevator and laundryroom service and our daily shareholder expectation. It does not take a genius to put a few words of assurance together. That’s what the guy at the meeting was saying but the board rudely raised their voices to talk him down and the lady lawyer was yelling at him. That’s what we think we can expect because we saw it happen.

                      WHY? was  the most important thing not addressed? Almost everyone believes the new manager is a fake but you don’t say anything about that. And there’s a Z woman who is not even a shareholder bossing people around and nobody is doing anything about it.  You cannot shove that man down our throats. Get that real estate broker out of OUR management office! Last of all we do not want to see a bunch of temporary renters in our co-op. Some are very scary and section 8. Look at the one voice  Documents and read the certificate of incorporation that says “residential apartments” NOT RENTALS! If this board and Akam cannot fix these problems they will not be here after the next election.

                          This coop has gone from good to trash in one month! The new management has started and will continue to destroy this property. The new board members are clueless little cockroaches that are only in it for themselves. Money/power hungry people have taken over and its a disgrace..

                          I have started the process of moving out of here and if you are reading this, so should you!!

                            In response to December 13 8:54 pm comment – Right that was my question to regarding the usage of the old Cpa firm Newman. How come if they have been auditing us for the past many years they are responsible to tie out the bank accounts. If (old manger) was stealing they would have been able to seen that in the books and also when they do the audit on the rent rolls and leasing. So why are we using the same Cpa firm if (old manager) was (allegedly) “stealing”. This does not make sense to me. Board needs to remember that we have educated tenants living in the buildings not all of us are dumb. So far I have not seen any proof or documentation provided for any of these allegations. All I can just say is the new changes are not for the any better.

                              Question:  The new Board and their lawyer said that we were not in good financial shape, even though the certified accounting firm that looked over our finances has said that we are in good financial shape.  At the meeting last Thursday, their lawyer said that we would continue to use the same firm because of the good job that they do.  So if she thinks they’re so good, then isn’t their positive assessment of our financial state also true and her comments not true?  Just asking.

                                Everyone must know the truth Ms. z who has a real estate office on queens blvd right next to net cost is doing all of this and behind everything and the new board. Even though her name is not on any paper work or on the board, she is the one controlling everyone and they are her puppets. Instead of fixing the elevators in 2 buildings, Miss Z.  is busy posting real estate ads for park city to make money and wash money through here. This was her agenda from day one. Also, they are planning to blame (old manager) for everything that goes wrong and do fraud on top of it by manipulating us to believe that (old manager) was the one to blame for park city to go down. Do not fall for the manipulation tactics. The truth is the new manger is not qualified at all and does not meet the requirements as a PM. Please let’s all work together to better park city and get the leaders and management that we want who are qualified and care about us not about themselves. Ms.Z is Here for Herself and her money schemes. Do not fall for  loud and big mouth. We will fall into a collapse and I don’t know who is not smart enough to see that already. Park city stay awake and lets make this a better place.

                                  There were 3 candidates for the position of Building Manager.  I don’t have any information about the female candidate.  The second was Thomas, who was acting temporarily in the position.  Thomas has over 30 years of housing and coop management experience.  The chosen candidate did not state any coop experience, said he has 11 years with over 1000 places (apartments?) in the Bronx and did not answer any questions.  There is no record of anyone named “David Javidan” on an internet search.  He lives in Park City Estates and his only qualification might be his relationship with the real estate broker behind this new board.  If he is indeed qualified, he should give a full accounting to his new bosses – we shareholders.
