At the end of the meeting in the park, after putting fear and urgency into everyone.
Rose Markov asked the crowd if anyone would like to contribute money, accepting cash and checks, to go towards a retainer to pay our now current attorney, who again SCARED EVERYONE with her act. To the right of Rose, and maybe 12 feet so on her right side, a bit forward. Someone yelled out loud, “$2000.00 dollars”. What a generous contribution I thought. Did anyone hear that? She yelled quite loud. And again I said to myself, where did I see that face before. Long black hair, Hollywood make-up job. East Coast, East Coast, something like that came to mind. This is only my opinion of course. Something smells fishy here.

An emergency meeting was called and organized by Rose Markov, our current Board President, as it was getting dark
She brought our current attorney and she was waiving around a piece of paper telling us all the co-op is broke, has no money, and we need a new board or we may loose everything (we need to do this RIGHT AWAY)
This a common plan used today, especially by governments, FEAR, WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU, BUT WE HAVE TO DO THIS RIGHT AWAY.
FEAR, ESPECIALLY FEAR, ANXIETY, CONFUSION, and no time to think. JUST DO IT. AND IT WORKED!

On a side note, please share with anyone you know that is hesitant or afraid to band together here on this website, that they can install basic DuckDuckGo browser for free. Once you open your Duck browser, you can enter Google, Park City One Voice, whatever you usually view in the search bar, and it will bring you right there as before, less the tracking attempts. At the end of your session it tells you how many tracking attempts were BLOCKED ! Is this insane, or what!

Not saying exactly what their plans are ( come on, Northwell Health, obviously a hospital ). In addition they may close LI Jewish Forest Hills which is about a mile away. That hospital sits exactly across the street from one of Birchwood Towers 3 structures. If you have ever seen them they are beautiful, make our building look like the 3rd world garbage. The residents there will no longer deal with the sirens and will see their investment increase, as we watch ours crash. Look for Queens Community Board 6 calendar if you wish to attend any meetings, not that it will do any good. I would not be surprised if Birchwood Towers attorneys told LIJ Forest Hills you ruined our clients lives long enough, get out of the neighborhood.

Pay attention to all of the projects that have been started and never finished. There’s the inside elevator doors with some having a metallic finish that makes you feel like your inside a refrigerator while other inside elevator doors have been stripped of paint and remain that way FOR WEEKS.No ones working on that.
Lets look at the (he must have been high) yellow and black striped stairwell steps. Enough to make you dizzy if your in a hurry to exit the building. They are the automotive type stripes you usually see painted on our streets by the citys ‘other muslim’.
The paint in the elevator waiting areas was the cheapest kind of paint you can buy but I bet he put in a fake bill for the expensive kind. The idiot just painted over the old paint without prepping the old paint surface AND the new cheap paint comes off with every notice he scotch tapes to any of the doors or walls. He put lipstick on a pig and it comes off to the touch.
Everywhere you look theres half as-sed projects that are half finished or already crumbling. What the heck was the scaffolding for? I’ll tell you ITS SO THE COMPANY HE RENTED IT FROM CAN CHARGE THE CO-OP FOR EVERY DAY ITS THERE AND DAVID-AKAM-BOARD MEMBERS CAN GET A CUT OF THE KICKBACK FROM THE RENTAL FEES.
Looked at the sidewalk repairs that were done? the cement is already degrading from rain. its slowly turning to just sand because an incompetent selected the quality of what was needed to fill in the cracked pieces of our sidewalks.

Anyone notice they started all the shuffling around of our security and maintenance people last Thanksgiving week. All of a sudden you had new people you never saw before, and a new batch every week until Christmas. Then they posted a list of names they suggested we should hand out bonuses to. That list had about 30 names on it. The Board would like you to gift them all money. Remember, they were at the front desk after all, even if it was only for a week or 2. DO NOT GIVE ANY OF THEM A SINGLE PENNY THIS YEAR. It is the Board’s responsibility, not ours. Their workers deserve to know what a bunch of cheap skates they work for. They grab enough in kick-backs to be able to share with their employees, isn’t that right Rose ?
Yes from what I heard David is really Muslim along with his wife Zarina family tree goes way back to Uzbekistan’s especially the idolatry behavior
