Hey, everybody wanted to know your opinion do you think that the old attorney the old building attorney that Chandra used to use would help us file a case against the board akam David and attorney Emma and Zarina. I’m sorry but the maintenance increase is ridiculous it’s like renting an apartment this person David grew up with a lot of envy in his heart he thinks all people should suffer in life that is the type of person he is. Stop complaining ungrateful person, Navid ( aka David as Akam would prefer we call him), and his sugar baby are nice and warm at their love nest in Park City Estates!
When you take into account the capital as-sessments of 2023 and 2024 we’ve been paying close to 7% or more. Call it whatever they want they are bleeding us dry and spending foolishly on hedges and door handles and the alleged cash bonuses to workers. If they can’t earn the respect of their employees they just buy them off to keep thjeir mouths shut about the skimming.
We never had a maintenance increase over 4 % and we would get the full financial statement at the end of that year, not the following October (almost one year later!).
We need to hire a LAW FIRM, not a lawyer. Law firms have paralegals, that do most of the investigating/research, and their hourly rates are much lower than the lead attorney. A law firm will have some influence to make sure we don’t wind up with a judge who has in the past ruled in favor of Akam or Emma’s law firm. In other words, a crooked judge.
it is essential to give your address and apartment number when filing any complaint with NYC. Otherwise nothing gets done.
it is also possible that just your building is having a problem with heat. you should add your building number here when you make a heat comment.
last thought is that for years the top floors have complained about no heat and thats why NYC mandates that the temperature IN THE COLDEST APARTMENT must be
- Daytime: 68°F when the outdoor temperature is below 55°F
- Nighttime: 62°F, regardless of the outdoor temperature
when jain was here the top apartments got the required heat but the lower and mid level apartments slept with windows or terrace doors open because the apartment tempature was in the 80’s.
